Taiwan You Long Breeding Center Purchase Agreement / Health Warranty

It is hereby agreed between You Long Breeding Center (Hereinafter ”SELLER”) and____  (Hereinafter ”BUYER”) as follows:

1. The following puppy is sold to Buyer by Seller for a total purchase price of

2. It is Seller's responsibility to ensure the puppy is only sent on delivery under healthy life conditions. Seller guarantees that a licensed veterinarian will examine the puppy prior to his/her departure. Once the puppy has been successfully delivered to Buyer, it then becomes Buyer's full responsibility to provide the puppy with a warm shelter, proper and regular veterinarian care, in addition to lots of attention, tender and family love throughout the puppy's lifetime.

3. All sold puppies are covered with a Health Warranty until one year of age after birth. This includes life threatening congenital in particular heart, lungs and liver defects. Seller guarantees to replace Buyer with the first available puppy (of the equal value) as compensation if the puppy originally purchased is found with life threatening defects; however Buyer must agree to pay for the delivery fees and other costs that may incur during the transportation. In the event of death caused by any of the congenital defects mentioned above, Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by three independently operated veterinarians (for a fairer result) and send the medical results to Seller within 5 days after the puppy's death for further compensation discussions. 

4. Please take special note that hypoglycemia (deficiency of glucose in the bloodstream) is EXCLUDED from this Health Warranty. 

5. In no event will Seller be liable for any veterinarian expense incurred by Buyer after purchase.

6. If there is to be any compensation made by Seller, it is limited to puppy replacements (of the equal value to the original puppy purchased) only.  Seller is not responsible for the buyer any costs (including medical costs) and does not provide a refund.

7. Buyer agrees to NEVER sell puppy(s) purchased from Seller to a pet shop, broker, or puppy mill and puppy need kept indoors and provide in need of medical. Or Health Warranty is no longer valid.

8. It is agreed and understood that the law of Taiwan will govern the interpretation of this Agreement. 

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS SET FORTH THEREIN AND THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THEM.
