Purchase Procedure:

Buyers please send in your letter of confirmation (in text messages) via 
SMS, online chat tools, FAX or emails inclusive of the following information:

1. Clear the payments in cash, via bank trabsactions, online or in-store credit card methods.

2. A clear copy of the payment invoice sent to Mummy Teddy.

3. Buyers please provide recipient's 
    full name, TWO contact phone numbers and postal address.

4. Mummy Teddy will contact the buyers and discuss puppy's 
    flight details 2 weeks prior to their last vaccination shot.

5. Puppy recipient's ID is required for picking up puppies from the airports. 
    (Free home delivery service for HK residents)

6. It will be much appreciated if all parents can give us a buzz 
    once you have the puppy all safe and sound in your arms ^^




Puppies must be picked up from international airports by the owners upon their arrival.
however FREE HOME DELIVERY from the airport is available for Hong Kong residents.
Please call/eamil and confirm the closest airport to your residence with us beforehand.
Note that shipping fees are EXCLUSIVE of the original price of the puppy.

Puppies will receive at least 1 or 2 vaccinations and need to be allowed 10-14 days
to rest before shipped overseas.
Pupppies of smaller body size usually require all three vaccine shots before departure, 
hence we advice the parents to expect a longer waiting period for those special ones.
Extra waiting time and nursery charges may apply for extra small-size puppies.


KCT pedigrees is avaible at customer's expense (Please contact us for price quotes).
Application usually takes 3-6 months to process, your kind patience will be very much appreciated.
