Miss Chen took the puppy to Kaohsiung Jong-Shing Animal Hospital
for health check-up. Doctor Yi-Fu Chang practised a palpation
on the puppy and came to a conclusion that there was possibly a
knee dislocation on the puppy's back right leg.
Doctor Chang claimed that the problem had not reached
a surgery standard as the puppy was still developing and it was
difficult at this stage to tell whether the knee dislocation was
congenital or caused by human force, further analysis should
take place after the puppy has reached 6 months of age.

Breeding Center after the purchase, Miss Chen solely took the puppy
to Elwood Animal Clinic (Taipei Branch) to perform a knee surgery
while the puppy had not yet reached the age the doctors mentioned
above suggested (6 months) and claimed that the total surgery fees
were NTD$120000 and demanded payments from Teddy Mommy.
