And once we confirm you did buy the poodle from us, we will give you a full refund or exchange as you wish.

Second of all, we did have a similar case before. Miss Xu from Tainan had bought a poodle from us in 2009. In the third month after the purchase, she discovered the poodle has genetic heart disease with president of veterinary hospital of national pingtung university of science and technology. We had refunded the full payment back to Miss Xu in the very next few days.
